Definitions

"We", "our" mean i Dine ltd.

"You" - yourself or a company on behalf of which you purchase the Goods

"Goods" the list of items that you specified through our web site, phone, fax or e-mail.

The subject of contract

We will deliver the Goods on receipt of you payment as specified below in accordance with the delivery schedule and remittance terms as stated below.

Purchase

You can make a purchase in one of the following ways: 

  •  order on-line through the web site, 
  • telephone, fax or mail your order
  • Personally with an i Dine Ltd representative

    Ordering on-line: You will be asked to provide some information that we need to fulfill your order. All the information we collect is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, by PayPal the secure online payment company

Shipping And Handling

Carriage paid on orders over £150 otherwise carriage £5.95

Express delivery £10.00

Overseas customers. Delivery cost may vary. We will quote you delivery cost and time soon after receiving your order.

Delivery Schedule:

Standard delivery takes normally 3 to 5 working days.

Express delivery can be arranged by overnight carrier.

Our working days for shipping are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 1pm (local time) are ready for overnight delivery provided there are no delays in processing your credit card information in which case we will contact you same working day if you provided correct contact information. If item is out of stock we will inform you within 7 working days from the order date and give an estimated delivery date.

If we cannot deliver the Goods within 30 days from the Order Date we will inform you immediately and either agree on another date or offer you a refund as appropriate.

The delivery schedule starts from the day we receive full payment for the Goods unless agreed otherwise.

Remittance Terms

Credit and Debit cards via PayPal, cheques and money orders are accepted for pre payment of your order and this payment is required before we can despatch your order.

Tax Charges

UK and EEC( Europe ). 17.5% VAT is added.

Customers outside the EEC. No VAT is charged. However you may have to pay import duty levied by your country's Customs.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Orders may be dispatched same day so please advise us within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel, after that please see returns policy.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund by notifying us within 48 hours from receiving the product. The 48 hours start from the day after the day you receive the Goods. We will ensure a refund (excluding return costs) is made within 30 days. The cost of the Goods will be refunded, so long as the Goods are unused and not damaged and packaging/labels etc. are still intact. The return postage/courier costs will only be refunded in the case of faulty products.

We do not offer any refunds on any customised/custom-made merchandise except in case of faulty items.

Guarantee

New Goods faulty on delivery will be replaced at our own expense. Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced under terms of manufacturer's warranty; please note , not all goods carry a warranty when used commercially.

This Guarantee only covers mainland UK .  Please check with us the warranty availability for your area if the Goods are used outside mainland UK .

All electrical, gas and mains connected appliances must be fitted by fully qualified engineers. Warranties will not apply to incorrectly fitted equipment.

All complaints will be acknowledged personally within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you in 7 working days.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998

Other conditions

All prices exclude VAT.

The Goods remain the property of i Dine ltd. until paid in full.

The Delivery Schedule starts from the day of payment.

We will not be responsible for not receiving and hence not despatching your order due to communications problems such as down-time or low performance of third parties Internet servers.

Approved accounts are subject to appropriate English Law.

English Law governs all conditions not covered in this contract.
